Following a successful return in 2018, the Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association is pleased to bring back the Downtown Tour of Lofts and Lifestyles on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

This will be an opportunity for Downtown residents and visitors alike to tour a wide variety of residences, from studios to penthouses, with traditional, modern, and eclectic furnishings and architectural details. There may even be a few "off the wall" hangouts on the route! 

Tour stops are still being finalized. Previous tour stops include: Museum Tower, Twelve Residences, 123 Luckie, The Healey Building, William Oliver, Kessler City Lofts and a private, single family, residence on South Peachtree St.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No - but please note that not all properties will be stroller friendly. Children/teens 16 or younger do not need a ticket, but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We highly recommend using Marta or ride share. There will be paid parking available in multiple garages and free street parking on multiple streets around Woodruff Park.

What can I bring into the event?

Water, Snacks etc....No Pets

100% until Nov 2 at 11:59PM.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we can scan your phone.

Can I buy tickets the day of the event?

Yes. Tickets will be available at the check in location for $25. Check in will be at the Woodruff Park Reading Room (near the fountain at Peachtree & Auburn.
